Jim McCaffrey is the husband of Sarah and father of eight children. For more than 20 years, he has served in a variety of church and nonprofit leadership roles, seeking to help people grow in their faith and experience the love of Christ in practical ways.
At age 36, Jim was diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder. What some may view as a limitation, God has used as a unique strength, enabling him to advocate for and lead churches and organizations toward greater inclusion, understanding, and support for individuals and families affected by disabilities.
Jim and Sarah have been actively involved in foster care and adoption ministry, having adopted five of their eight children. Their family’s journey has deepened their passion for the Gospel, discipleship, hospitality, and caring for vulnerable children and families.
When he is not serving in ministry, he enjoys playing guitar and drums, watching baseball and football, and spending time with Sarah and their children.
